Positions Available:

1. Engineer/Asst. Manager - Contracts
   • Qualifications: BE-Civil / NICMAR
   • Experience: 4-8 years in infrastructure companies focusing on contractual matters.
   • Responsibilities:
     • Prepare and manage contractual claims.
     • Review tender documents for contractual matters.
     • Handle contractual correspondence.
2. Manager/Asst. Manager - Contracts
   • Qualifications: BE-Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering
   • Experience: 8-12 years in infrastructure companies.
   • Responsibilities:
     • Review tender conditions during the bidding stage and contractual conditions post-award.
     • Advise the contracts department/management on unfavorable conditions and provide suitable alternatives.
     • Manage pre-tendering and post-tendering contractual and operational matters.
