The Steel Castings Division at Muzaffarnagar, U.P. is expanding its team and is inviting experienced professionals to join and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.
1. Position: Head – Quality
Location: Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh
Experience Required: 17 – 30 Years
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical/Metallurgy) / Diploma – Mechanical
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee quality assurance in castings or through third-party inspection agencies.

Manage processes like moulding, melting, heat treatment, and NDT/DT inspections.
-
Drive continuous improvements in product quality, cost, and process efficiency.
-
Ensure ISO audits, QMS implementation, and documentation compliance.
-
Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and resolve customer complaints.
-
Conduct internal audits, develop team training programs, and support new business initiatives.
2. Position: Sr. Engineer / Engineer / Asst. Manager – Sales & Marketing
Location: Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh
Experience Required: 6 – 12 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical
Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and upcoming projects in castings and forgings.

Review RFQs, prepare precise techno-commercial offers, and coordinate feasibility approvals.

Collaborate with internal teams for product feasibility and project execution.

Manage quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
-
Handle job orders, advance payments, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
