1. Shift Incharge (Metallurgy)

Education: B.Sc., M.Sc., or Diploma in Metallurgy

Experience: 6–7 years in Sponge Iron or a related industry
2. Shift Incharge (Mechanical)

Education: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical

Experience: 6–7 years in a related industry
Sponge Iron – Mechanical Department
3. Shift Incharge (Mechanical)

Education: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical

Experience: 6–7 years
4. Sr. Fitter / Fitter
-
Education: ITI Fitter, 10th / 12th Pass

Experience: 3–6 years
5. Belt Jointer
-
Education: ITI Fitter, 10th / 12th Pass

Experience: 4–6 years
