Hiring Alert: Zonal Technical Manager – SME (Loan Against Property)

Experience Required:
-
10+ Years in Technical Evaluation, preferably in the LAP (Loan Against Property) segment
Education:
-
Civil Engineering Graduate
Roles & Responsibilities:
-
Conduct in-depth technical evaluations of properties under the LAP segment
-
Review and approve valuations, cost estimations, and construction progress reports
-
Coordinate with empaneled technical agencies for site visits and ensure quality compliance
-
Lead and mentor a high-performing technical team across the West & Central zones
-
Perform property-related risk assessments and flag documentation issues or encumbrances
-
Collaborate with credit and legal teams for feasibility and collateral assessments
-
Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory norms for secured lending
-
Develop and manage a strong network of technical vendors within the assigned zone
