Urgent Hiring: RE Wall Design Engineer

Role Overview
As an RE Wall Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions for Reinforced Earth (RE) Wall projects. You will play a key role in the execution of infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety norms, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed design drawings for RE Walls and Embankment slope protection works.

Provide design solutions using Panel and Block Fascia Systems for RE structures.

Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and cost analysis for design projects.

Collaborate with the project management team, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure that all design deliverables comply with industry standards, safety guidelines, and client requirements.

Review drawings and specifications, identify design risks, and provide corrective solutions.

Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and assist in design reviews during project phases.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in RE Wall Design and related civil engineering works

Technical Expertise:
-
Strong working knowledge of Reinforced Earth (RE) Wall design principles
-
Hands-on experience with Panel and Block Fascia systems
-
Extensive expertise in Embankment Slope Protection Work

Additional Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar will be an advantage)

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
