Consulting Engineers Group Ltd. is expanding its global team and seeking a Senior Engineer / Business Manager to spearhead strategic transport infrastructure projects and bids across the UK and international markets.
This opportunity is ideal for a dynamic, technically sound professional ready to step into leadership, with ambitions aligned with Associate Director-level responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of technical and financial proposals for transport infrastructure projects.

Drive business development efforts and maintain strong relationships with clients in the UK and globally.

Manage and deliver complex multidisciplinary projects across different geographies.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Contribute to the company’s growth strategy through innovation and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Background:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation, Highways, Geotechnics, or a related discipline.

A Master’s degree in any Civil Engineering discipline is highly desirable.
Professional Experience & Skills:
-
Demonstrated success in international bidding for transport infrastructure projects, especially with Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs).

Proven experience in project delivery, business development, and client engagement.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Strong commercial insight with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
