Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech / NICMAR
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation: Develop project budgets by assessing materials, labor, and equipment.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize the distribution of personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Scope Management: Ensure all activities align with client requirements and project scope.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in planning software like Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
