  Job Description

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for the railway project.
  Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and specifications such as ISO 9001, railway safety regulations, etc.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards.
  Oversee quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle, including material procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Establish quality control checkpoints and inspection procedures to detect defects or deviations from specifications.
• Monitor and analyses quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions taken.
• Prepare regular progress reports on quality metrics, compliance status, and any quality issues encountered.
• Communicate quality-related information to project stakeholders, including management, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the project team. Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent quality-related issues.
