Geodata Engineering, a Member of PINI Group, requires the following positions for one of its reputed rail tunnel projects in North India.

1. Quantity Surveyor

Qualification: B. Tech in Civil
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in road/rail/metro tunnel projects executed through NATM tunnel methodology.
Relevant Experience:
a. Extensive Knowledge of Documents required for Contractors' IPC/RA Bills.
b. Involved in Planning, Scheduling, and monitoring activities.
Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules, Cost Estimations, Escalations & Comparison Statements.
c. Preparation/Review/certifying the bills of the Client & Subcontractor.
Maintaining Daily Progress Reports.
d. Preparing materials reconciliation every month.
e. Working out the rate analysis of items involved in the project.
f. Hands-on exp in contract management, monitoring, and preparing measurement sheets from onsite execution & drawings data, keeping a record of project progress, and feeding the same in a defined ERP system.

2. Tunnel Inspector

Qualification: B. Tech in Civil
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in NATM tunnel projects.
Relevant Experience: monitoring the road/rail/metro tunnel project executed through NATM tunnel methodology.
