About the Role
As a Graduate Trainee Engineer in Technical Sales, the role involves acting as a crucial link between Forbes Marshall's engineering solutions and clients across Bangladesh. Through hands-on experience and continuous learning, selected candidates will:

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.

Gain exposure to both engineering and sales strategies.

Participate in a variety of activities ranging from site visits to client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess technical requirements.
- Assist in creating and delivering engineering-based solutions.
- Conduct meetings, demonstrations, and support at customer sites.
- Collaborate with international teams on sales strategies.
- Deliver technical presentations and manage client relationships.
- Support pre- and post-sales initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
Education:

B.Sc. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience:

Fresh graduates or those with a few months of relevant experience in engineering, internships, or industrial training.
