Hiring for DMRC DC04 Project – Saket, New Delhi

YFC Projects is recruiting experienced professionals for the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) DC04 Project at Saket. The company is looking for candidates with strong metro-project exposure in civil structural works, launching/erection operations, and site HR hiring.

Candidates with proven experience on DMRC / metro infrastructure projects and the ability to deliver on fast-paced site requirements are encouraged to apply.

Open Positions & Eligibility

1) Manager – Launching / Erection

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) OR Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Required:

• 8 years total experience (for Degree holders) OR

• 15 years total experience (for Diploma holders)

• Must have minimum 5 years in similar launching/erection work (metro/viaduct/segment launching preferred)

Role Focus (What the job involves):

• Planning and execution of launching/erection activities in line with safety and quality requirements

• Coordination with site teams, vendors, crane/launching resources, and project planning teams

• Ensuring compliance with method statements, lifting plans, and site execution schedules

2) Sr. Officer / Officer – HR

Qualification: MBA (HR)
Experience Required: 5 years in DMRC / metro projects, specifically handling site staff hiring

Role Focus:

• End-to-end site recruitment for project staff (engineers, supervisors, foremen, safety, admin, etc.)

• Managing onboarding, documentation, and coordination with project leadership for manpower planning

• Handling staffing pipelines to support continuous execution requirements on metro sites

3) Engineer – Civil

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil)
Experience Required: 5 years in structural works on metro projects

Role Focus:

• Execution/monitoring of structural works on metro infrastructure projects

• Coordination of drawings, BBS, site activities, and quality checkpoints

• Ensuring work completion as per project specifications, safety norms, and timelines
