Key Requirements (Page 3)

Structures Candidates Should Have:

• Strong understanding of structural behavior

• Experience with codes: IS, ACI, Saudi Building Code, Eurocode, ASTM

• Proficiency in ETABS, REVIT, AutoCAD

• Minimum Qualification: ME/M.Tech

• Bring a scientific calculator

MEP Candidates Should Have:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, PHE, FPS, building systems

• Familiarity with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, IPC, NFPA, IEC

• Software skills in REVIT, IES, Hevacomp

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree

Candidates with experience on international projects (Middle East, UK, USA) in residential, commercial, hotel, and retail sectors are highly encouraged.
