Applications are invited for filling up the post of Chief Mechanical Engineer, in the scale of pay of Rs.1,00,000-2,60,000 in Cochin Port Authority by absorption through composite method from Officers
holding posts in the scale of pay of Rs.90000–240000/- with two years regular service or Officers holding
posts in the pay scale of Rs.80000-220000/- with three years regular service in the Mechanical and
Electrical Engineering Department and Marine Department (applicable to categories of Marine Engineers
only) in a Major Port shall be eligible.

  • Minimum years of executive/managerial experience in relevant field (varies by post)
  • Experience in port operations/marine infrastructure preferred for technical posts
