Highbrou Engineering is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager – Structural Engineering for its Dubai operations. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong network in real estate and the construction industry, along with a proven ability to deliver high-conversion sales results.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing global engineering team and contribute to marquee projects across India and the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand business in the UAE real estate and construction market

Build and manage strong client relationships

Generate leads and convert opportunities into high-value projects

Work closely with engineering and design teams on project acquisition

Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently

Represent the company in client meetings and industry events
Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in structural engineering services sales

Strong Dubai-based client network in real estate and construction

Proven high-conversion sales track record

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Ability to manage accounts and grow long-term client relationships
