Location: Mumbai
Position: Contracts Manager
Level / Grade Range: AGM / DGM
Key Responsibilities
-
Drafting of pre-bid documents such as MoU, Term Sheets, Contract Agreements, and NDAs.
-
Negotiation with clients and finalization of contract terms.
-
Oversee contract administration and ensure complete contractual compliance.
-
Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) applications and management of project delays.
-
Claims preparation and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Education: BE (Civil/Mechanical) with PG in Construction Management.
-
Experience: Minimum 15–20 years, particularly in process-oriented projects.
-
Preference will be given to candidates with Middle East experience.
Required Competencies
-
Knowledge: FIDIC and other related contractual documents relevant to the process industry.

Cross-Functional Competence: Practical exposure in project planning and business development.
-
Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-
Behavior: Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage complex project dynamics.
