1. SMEs / Team Leaders (Travel Operations)
Walk-In Dates: 04th to 06th August 2025
Job Description:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in travel operations, with at least 2 years in team leadership or SME roles.

Deep understanding of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), NDC & LCC platforms.
-
Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
-
Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical abilities.
-
Ability to handle pressure and manage high-volume workloads with tight deadlines.
-
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, in a 24x7 environment.

Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. ADM Analyst
Walk-In Dates: 04th to 06th August 2025
Job Description:
-
Maintain detailed documentation of ADM communications, disputes, and outcomes.
-
Generate & present ADM reports, trends, and recommendations.
-
Track all ADM records and analyze financial impacts.
-
Coordinate with ticketing, sales, operations & finance teams to resolve ADM issues.
-
Train staff on ADM compliance and correct practices.
-
Ensure ADM processes comply with IATA, airline policies, and SOPs.
-
Support audits with accurate documentation.
-
Recommend improvements to minimize ADMs.
-
Use tools like GDS, BSPlink, ARC for tracking and reporting.
-
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
3. Sr. Travel Consultant / Travel Consultant
Walk-In Date: 04th August 2025
Job Description:
-
Process domestic/international ticketing (issue, reissue, refund) via GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
-
Handle customer queries and provide travel support.
-
Ensure fare, tax, routing, and ticketing compliance.
-
Coordinate with airlines/suppliers for seat confirmation, PNR updates, and special requests.
Minimum Requirements:
-
3 to 4 years of local experience in the travel trade.
-
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
-
Willing to accept challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
