Job Opening: Project Manager – Railway Project
Location: Odisha – NALCO Project Site

Position Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 12 to 16 years (with at least 5 years in a senior management role)
Industry Preference: Industrial, Railway, or Infrastructure Projects
About the Role
Sannverse is currently seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Project Manager for an ongoing Railway Project at the NALCO Project Site in Odisha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the project in adherence to all regulatory and contractual requirements.
Qualifications

B.E./B. Tech or M.E./M. Tech in Civil Engineering

Strong background in managing complex infrastructure projects, preferably railway and industrial projects

Minimum 12 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership capacity
Key Responsibilities

Ensure complete project compliance with RDSO, Ministry of Railways (MoR), and contract-specific standards

Take ownership of resource planning – including manpower, equipment, and materials

Oversee site execution activities, including quality control (QA/QC), safety measures, and timely completion
-
Manage project financial planning, budgeting, and cost control
-
Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and smooth workflow

Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including billing and MIS reports

Ensure risk identification and mitigation planning across all stages of the project
Preferred Candidate Profile

Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure or railway projects

Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques

Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills

Proficiency in documentation, billing practices, and project control systems

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain performance under pressure
