Join us to drive innovation and sustainability across consulting, engineering, installation, commissioning, and even decommissioning and remediation stages.
Position: Senior Safety Engineer
As a Senior Safety Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and clients to deliver high-impact projects in the energy and infrastructure space.
Key Responsibilities:

Define the safety engineering scope of work and estimate work norms.

Prepare project deliverables such as HSE Plans, Design Basis, Procedures, and Schedules.

Lead Active & Passive Fire Protection Design.
-
Conduct Hazardous Area Classification and Fireproofing analysis.
-
Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL workshops and manage related deliverables.
-
Prepare CTR estimates, reports, and progress updates.
-
Lead and mentor engineers and technicians, ensuring best practices.
-
Coordinate with the client and inter-discipline departments.
-
Conduct QRA and other fire & explosion risk studies.
-
Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance and OH&S procedures.
Required Experience & Skills:
-
Demonstrated experience in hazard identification and risk assessment.

Strong understanding of fire protection engineering.
-
Proven track record in safety design and analysis.
-
Experience in preparing and managing project safety deliverables.
-
Capable of leading safety engineering teams and mentoring junior staff.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
