Job Opening: Senior Quantity Surveyor – MEP
Location: Delhi NCR

Currie & Brown is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join its Delhi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading MEP cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and delivering expert cost advice aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for MEP systems
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and client needs
- Ensure adherence to international measurement standards such as NRM, POMI, and SMM7
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in MEP quantity measurement
- Proficiently use AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation tools like CostX
Candidate Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 5 years in a global consultancy
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Excellent analytical and technical documentation skills
- Commercially savvy, detail-focused, and proactive
