Job Descriptions
- GM/AVP – Solar Design & Engineering
Lead complete solar electrical and civil structural design for pre-bid and post-bid engineering of ground-mounted solar projects above 100 MW. Manage a team of design engineers and managers. - GM/AVP – Solar Project Management
Handle end-to-end project monitoring, scheduling, and controlling. Act as a strategic planner adept in project scheduling using Primavera or MSP, and collaborate with various departments and stakeholders. - Solar Tendering
Conduct tender analysis, pre-qualification, bid preparation, budget monitoring, risk assessment, vendor liaison, and cash flow projections. - Solar Cost Estimation
Perform cost estimation for large-scale PV solar projects, including BOQs, civil works RFQs, subcontractor bids, and international project cost management. - Solar Civil & Structural Design
Design and analyze RCC/steel structures for solar PV plants. Prepare BOQs, conduct site visits, and use structural software in compliance with international codes. - Solar AC/DC Design
Design electrical systems for solar plants, including module arrangements, cable selection, and substation design. Prepare BOQs/BOMs and evaluate vendors. - Solar Energy Yield Assessment
Conduct energy yield assessments, system design, shadow analysis, feasibility reports, and due diligence for OE and DE projects. - Solar Project Planner
Plan and oversee Solar EPC projects, including scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and coordination. Utilize Primavera P6 and other tools for seamless project execution.
