• Quality (QC) Manager / Project Execution (Site)

1. Location   -  South India
2. Qulaifiction  -  BE/B.Tech - Civil/Mechanical
3. Experience  -  12-15 years of experience in the PEB steel structure industry
4. Job Responsibility  -  Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple project sites within the region by ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations

Provide training and guidance to site engineers and construction teams on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices to foster a culture of quality

Ensure the progress and effectiveness of the project quality

Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement corrective actions

Verify the quality of deliverables and proper process compliance at defined milestones to maintain the consistency in quality standards and practices

Ensure on-time closure of investigations and other Key Quality Indicators wherever needed

Maintain comprehensive records of quality inspections, test results, and compliance reports, prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior management after analysis

• Quality (QC) Engineer / Project Execution (Site) (Gujarat & South India)

1. Location   - Gujarat & South India
2. Qulaifiction  -  BE/B.Tech - Civil/Mechanical
3. Experience  - 4-7 years experience in PEB steel structure industry
4. Job Responsibility  - Oversee the total quality control processes on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards, Project Quality Plan/ITP and work procedures/instructions

Identify defects and take corrective action in accordance with the required standards

Prepare and maintain records of material test reports, quality assurance documentation and inspection reports

Ensure the sign-off of inspection reports by clients

Coordinate with project management team to align and drive agreed quality targets

Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications. Verify that all materials used in construction meet the required standards Including proper stacking and storage of material

Perform non-destructive tests (NDT) such as dye penetrant tests (DPT) to identify defects like pinholes, cracks, and damages if required
