Age Limit
Maximum Age limit (as on 10.09.2024) is 35 years, but relaxable by 5 years in the case of SC/ST
candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates for posts reserved for them. Candidates coming under other
categories viz. Ex-servicemen, Persons With Benchmark Disabilities, Departmental candidates,
Meritorious sportspersons, Widows, Divorced women and women judicially separated from their
husbands and who are not remarried are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders issued on
the subject from time to time.
The minimum Age limit is 18 years for all posts. Age relaxation is not applicable to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying against Un-reserved posts
Application Fee
For Post No. 773 & 774:
- Initially, all applicants have to uniformly pay `750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) as
application fee. - Candidates belonging to fee-exempted categories (Female/SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen) will
be refunded the full fee. - Other candidates will be refunded `500/- after retaining the application fee of `250/-.
For Post No. 775 – 783:
- Initially, all applicants have to uniformly pay `500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) as application
fee - Candidates belonging to fee-exempted categories (Female/SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen) will
be refunded the full fee - Other candidates will be refunded `400/- after retaining the application fee of `100/-.
Refund will be made through online only to those candidates who appear for the written test and the
candidates should provide their Bank account details such as Name, Account No., IFSC Code, etc.
while submitting online application. Centre will not own any responsibility regarding refund of the fees to
those who fail to provide correct/complete account details.
Candidates belonging to fee exempted categories have to upload applicable certificate
(SC/ST/Disability/ Ex-Servicemen) in the Online Recruitment Portal for fee refund. Female candidates
belonging to other categories (other than SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Service) need not upload any certificates
for the purpose of fee refund.
Candidates can make the payment online immediately after submitting the online application. If the
candidate wishes to make the payment later, he/she can pay the fee upto 1400 hrs on 11.09.2024 by
clicking ‘Make payment’ option available in the online recruitment portal. No other mode of payment will
be accepted. In case of any errors/failures during the payment process, the next attempt can be made
only after 30 minutes.
How to Apply
- Applications will be received online only
- The online Recruitment Portal will be available from 1400 hrs on 27.08.2024 to 1400 hrs on
10.09.2024 - The candidates registered under National Career Service (NCS) portal and fulfilling the eligibility
conditions may visit LPSC website and follow the same application procedure as stated above.
Important Dates
- Online application registration opens from 1400 hrs on 27.08.2024 (Tuesday) and closes at 1400 hrs on
10.09.2024 (Tuesday) - Payment of the application fee closes at 1400 hrs on 11.09.2024 (Wednesday).
