Qualification & Experience:
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering; PG degree in Contracts Management from NICMAR (or) RICS with Min. 2 to 15 years in a reputed Infrastructure or contracting Companies would be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Critical study of Contract documents & Identification of Key Contractual terms and conditions; preparing contract appreciation document;
- Understanding the methodology for scope of work, schedule, milestones and guiding the project team while executing the contract; escalation of bills; rate analysis;
- Identification of potential risks and Interpretation of contractual clauses, risk assessment & mitigation;
- Preparation of drafts for various contractual compliances; communication with sub-contractors for proper compliance as per main contract;
- Preparation of correspondences pertaining to contractual issues, client replies & arbitration proceedings;
