B.Tech/B.E. – Civil, Diploma – Civil

Post Graduation Not Required, M.Tech – Civil

• 1. Plans, assigns, trains, instructs, assists, supervises, and evaluates the work of the technical staff at site.
• 2. Prepares technical and engineering reports on the progress of work.
  3. Plans, organizes, directs and controls resources assigned to best accomplish the assigned functions within budget and at maximum effectiveness.
  4 . Enforces all safety precautions to site labour and staff and the constructions instructions issued to site.
  5. Prepares all material lists required, reinforcements, and structural specifications for a wide variety of earthwork projects and structures.
  6. Reviews and checks if the structural designs issued are followed exactly, calculations of steel/material etc. are accurate, execute the architectural and engineering drawings without any error, carry out any repair/maintenance/corrections with diligence.
  7. Reviews proposed projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Coordinates structural designs with mechanical and electrical components.
  9. Directs field crews engaged in a variety of engineering construction, maintenance, and repair activities on service contracts and projects.
  10. Examines and checks building plans and specifications for compliance with various codes and regulations to assure good structural practices .
  11. Determines structural adequacy of standing buildings.
  12. Provides guidance to technical or junior staff.
  13. Provides responsive and timely inputs so that project timelines/delivery schedules are maintained.
  14. Communicate up-to-date information and deal with all colleagues in a courteous, efficient manner.
  15. Utmost honestly and sincerity is mandatory.

Required Candidate profile

• 1. We are looking for Project Managers-Civil and Sr. Engineers-Civil working for our multiple projects located in Hyderabad.
  2. Project Managers should have min.15 yrs of exp. and Sr. Engineers should have min.9 yrs of site experience in any building construction.
  3. Experience in RCC, making markings and reading drawings are mandatory.
  4. Candidates are eligible currently who are working in Hyderabad only.
  5. Candidates are eligible who are having experience in construction of Residential buildings, Residential apartments, Residential Villas and commercial buildings, commercial apartments.
  6. Experience in working for High Raise buildings is an added extra
  7. Immediate joining or joining in below 15 days are preferable.
