Open Positions and Locations

Bamitha (Hydropower Projects)

Site Engineers – Civil / Mechanical

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• Experience: 5–6 years

• Responsibilities: Construction supervision and monitoring of civil and mechanical works related to dams, tunnels, canals, powerhouses, and pump houses

Quality Control Engineers

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering

• Experience: 5–6 years

• Responsibilities: Quality control, quality assurance, and monitoring of civil and structural works

Geologist

• Qualification: Postgraduate in Geology

• Experience: 5–6 years

• Responsibilities: Supervision of geological aspects and underground works

Safety Engineer

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering with Diploma or Certification in Safety

• Experience: 5–6 years

• Responsibilities: Monitoring and enforcement of safety aspects for large civil infrastructure projects

Bhopal

Planning and Scheduling Expert

• Qualification: Master’s in Civil Engineering

• Experience: 15–20 years

• Responsibilities: Planning, scheduling, and evaluation of hydropower and water resources projects

Construction Management Expert

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering

• Experience: 20–25 years

• Responsibilities: Overall construction supervision of dams, tunnels, canals, powerhouses, and pump houses

Civil Design Engineers

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering

• Experience: 5–7 years

• Responsibilities: Design of hydraulic structures including dams, tunnels, canals, and powerhouses

Meghalaya

Procurement and Contract Expert

• Qualification: Master’s in Civil Engineering

• Experience: 15–20 years

• Responsibilities: Procurement planning, project administration manuals, public procurement, preparation and implementation of ADB guidelines, contract interpretation, contract administration, and monitoring systems

Mandatory Requirements

• Mandatory experience in Hydropower or Water Resources projects

• Willingness to work on challenging project sites

• Ability to perform in technically demanding environments

• Strong coordination and adaptability skills
