• Lead Engineer: 15–18 years

Piping Engineering

• Lead Stress Engineer: 15–20 years

• Senior Stress Engineer: 10–15 years

• Stress Engineer: 5–15 years

• E3D Admin: 10–15 years

• E3D Modeler: 5–15 years

Control & Instrumentation Engineering

• Senior Engineer / Engineer / Designer / Quality Checker: 5–15 years

• ESD Admin: 10–15 years

• ESD Modeler: 5–15 years

Project Engineering

• Engineers / Designers: 10–15 years

• Managers: 15–20 years

Project Management & Control

• Interface & Information Management Engineer: 15–20 years

• Project Control Engineer: 11–15 years

• Lead Engineer / Section Head: 20–25 years

• Project Engineer / Engineer: 5–10 years

Electrical & Telecom Engineering

• Designer / Quality Checker: 10–15 years

• E3D Admin: 10–15 years

Preferred Background

• Degree in Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering

• Offshore project experience, preferably in FPSO

• Familiarity with international offshore standards (DNV, ABS, API, IEC)

• Proficiency in software: AVEVA, Navisworks, E3D, SACS, AutoPIPE
