Candidates must have a proven track record in the construction of commercial and high-rise residential building projects, particularly with stringent requirements related to timelines, safety, quality, budget, and compliance.

Manager / Sr. Manager (Planning)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 14 to 20 years
- Location: Hyderabad
- Profile: Experience in planning high-rise residential projects above 40 floors, including aluminium formwork.

Manager / Sr. Manager (QA, QC)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 14 to 20 years
- Location: Hyderabad
- Profile: Experience in QA/QC for high-rise residential projects above 40 floors, including aluminium formwork.

Manager / Sr. Manager (Quantity Surveying & Billing)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 14 to 20 years
- Location: Hyderabad & Andhra Pradesh
- Profile: Experience in QS and billing for major commercial or residential building projects.

Sr. Engineer / Dy. Manager (Quantity Surveying & Billing)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 5 to 10 years
- Location: Hyderabad & Andhra Pradesh
- Profile: Proven experience in QS and billing for commercial or residential projects.

- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 14 to 20 years
- Location: Hyderabad
- Profile: Expertise in formwork systems, particularly aluminium formwork, for high-rise projects.

- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 5 to 10 years
- Location: Hyderabad & Andhra Pradesh
- Profile: Experience in contract administration for commercial and residential building projects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience with reputed construction contracting companies is essential.
- Strong ability to manage and deliver large-scale projects while ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and budgetary standards.
