Job Description
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with project managers to understand project goals, timelines, and specifications.
- Assist in the development of construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- On-Site Management:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or deviations from plans.
- Manage and motivate on-site personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Technical Expertise:
- Offer technical guidance and problem-solving expertise to resolve construction challenges.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation on site.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to verify workmanship and materials meet required standards.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and documentation of site activities.
- Generate progress reports for project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Client Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client representatives on-site, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project progress.
- Manage client expectations regarding timelines, budgetary constraints, and scope of work.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
