Hiring for Junior Urban Designer / Junior Planner

Seagull Studio is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Junior Urban Designers / Junior Planners to join our multidisciplinary urban design and planning practice.

 Job Location

Chennai

Experience Required

1–2 years

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Design

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Strong interest in gaining experience within a multi-disciplinary practice, working across:

  • Urban planning

  • Urban design

  • Architecture

• Passion for design and a keen interest in current paradigms of urban development

• Excellent graphic skills with hands-on experience in relevant software, including:

• AutoCAD
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• GIS
• SketchUp
• MS Office Suite

• Ownership mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills
