Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator specializing in Electrical systems to manage and deliver electrical modeling and drawings for a variety of projects. The role demands a focus on quality, coordination, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Modeling: Develop Electrical models with Levels of Detail (LOD) ranging from 200 to 500 for diverse projects. Proficiency in Panel Schedules, circuiting, and Revit Family Creation is essential.
• Constructability: Identify potential issues during modeling and raise Requests for Information (RFIs) to resolve them efficiently.
• Drawings & BOQ: Extract detailed 2D drawings and material quantities (Bill of Quantities) from 3D models, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrate expertise in Revit and Navisworks, with a strong background in MEP coordination, especially for international projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in Electrical BIM projects.
• Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with excellent communication and team coordination skills.
