Qualification & Experience Requirements

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent discipline
-
PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred)

Minimum 15 years of experience in renewable energy projects (Solar/Wind)

Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, project controls, or governance-led roles
-
Strong analytical mindset with structured thinking and problem-solving ability
-
Expertise in project controls, scheduling, and MIS
-
Proven leadership capability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Leading and institutionalizing the Project Management Office (PMO) for all under-construction renewable energy projects
-
Establishing standardized project management processes, governance frameworks, and reporting cadence
-
Tracking projects against approved baselines for schedule, cost, scope, quality, and safety
-
Overseeing preparation and validation of integrated project schedules and milestone plans
-
Enforcing a formal change management framework covering scope, cost, and schedule
-
Designing and managing standardized MIS systems and executive dashboards
-
Ensuring accurate, timely reporting to senior leadership and Board forums
-
Coordinating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, SCM, Finance, QA/QC, HSE, and Projects to drive alignment and continuous improvement
