Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for steel connection design for industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and complex structural systems, following AISC codes and standards. The role requires close coordination with detailing teams and project engineers.
Key Requirements

Strong experience in Steel Connection Design as per AISC code

Clear understanding of force transfer, load paths, and connection behavior

Hands-on experience with shear, moment, braced frame, and miscellaneous connections

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
-
Working knowledge of Tekla, Mathcad, RAM Connections, or similar tools (preferred)

Ability to coordinate with detailers, project engineers, and multidisciplinary teams

Capability to handle independent design tasks and participate in technical discussions
