Role Overview

Navin Fluorine International Ltd. seeks an experienced civil engineering professional to lead end-to-end execution of RCC and associated civil works at its industrial site, ensuring quality, safety, schedule adherence, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute RCC and civil works with precision and speed.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.

• Conduct delay analysis and drive recovery/catch-up strategies.

• Champion safety culture and ensure statutory/legal compliance.

• Prepare procurement specs, perform technical bid evaluations, and manage inventory.

• Certify contractor bills, analyze MIS reports, and mitigate risks.

• Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing site team.

Candidate Profile

• Strong command of industrial civil execution and RCC management.

• Expertise in procurement, billing, and inventory optimization.

• Proven leadership with problem-solving and risk-visualization skills.

• Collaborative mindset with a results-driven approach and clear communication.
