MEIL Hiring: Planning Head – Nuclear Power Project (Kaiga)

Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd (MEIL) is inviting applications from senior planning professionals for a high-profile Nuclear Power Project at Kaiga, Karnataka. This is a leadership-level opportunity for experts with deep experience in power plant construction and project controls.

Position Details

• Role: Planning Head – Nuclear Project

• Location: Kaiga, Karnataka

Qualifications Required

• NICMAR – ACM / QSCM

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience Required

• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience

• Prior exposure to Nuclear / Thermal Power Plant Projects is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning & scheduling for nuclear power plant construction

• Develop, monitor, and control master schedules using Primavera P6 / MSP

• Coordinate with site teams, design, engineering, QA/QC, safety, procurement, and client

• Track progress of critical nuclear facilities (foundations, buildings, utilities, heavy equipment)

• Perform delay analysis, risk identification, and recovery planning

• Monitor design approvals, regulatory clearances, and statutory timelines

• Integrate schedules across civil, mechanical, electrical, and nuclear systems

• Plan and optimize resources – manpower, machinery, materials, subcontractors

• Follow up on procurement of nuclear-grade materials and equipment

• Support contract management, EOT, and claims using planning data

• Prepare high-level MIS dashboards for top management and client presentations
