Manager – sales

To generate enquires for Hot/Cold Insulations and Refractories projects like Refineries, Power Plants, Cement Plants, Steel Plants,  Fertilizers and Chemical Process Plants etc.

To do estimation/costing and preparation of Offer & Tender document.

·      To do the technical and commercial evaluation.

·      To do regular follow-ups with the clients and to make strategies to finalize the orders in Company’s favour.

·      To meet the client and maintain good relation for Future orders.

·      To develop the market potentials and to convert these in orders.

·      To monitor the job in coordination with execution team regarding project’s work and also to ensure projected/targeted profit margins

·      To deal with clients in case of any complaint arises and able to resolve it with PR skills.

·      To do payments follow up by ensuring getting the same in time.

·      Ready to do extensive travelling.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

·       Graduate or Diploma Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in the relevant field.

·       Good analytical Still

·       Very good communication skill ( verbal and written)

·       Computer savvy
