Open Roles:
- Execution: Manage Mivan construction activities with team coordination
- Finishing: Supervise plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, false ceiling, etc.
- Rebar: Handle cutting, bending, placing, binding, and reinforcement scheduling
- Billing & Commercial: Expertise in BOQ prep, billing, rate analysis, and site commercial
- Planning: Project scheduling using MS Project/Primavera
- QA/QC: Implement QA processes and ensure compliance with standards
- EHS: Enforce safety practices; ADIS/PDIS from SBTET is mandatory
- Formwork: Experience in system, modular, and monolithic formwork
- Stores & P&M: Roles related to material and plant & machinery management
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 3 to 15 years (High-rise building project experience preferred)
- Education: Full-time Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
