About the Role
This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to grow their expertise in tendering, estimating, and contract management. You’ll work closely with our experienced Tendering & Contracts team to prepare competitive bids and assist in procurement and contract administration activities.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, BOQs, and cost estimates

Review project documents, address technical queries, and assist in tender clarifications

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotations

Maintain project records, supplier databases, and cost documentation

Support in contract administration and procurement processes

Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract conditions
-
Liaise with project managers and site teams for project-related inputs

Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost summaries
Eligibility Criteria
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
-
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Proficiency in MS Excel and Word

Basic knowledge of estimating software is a plus

Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage

Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills

Detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
