Qualifications Required:
- Diploma
Experience Required:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience
Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced professionals in mechanical/electrical maintenance with expertise in:
- Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and overhauling of hydraulic and mechanical presses.
- Quick diagnosis and independent fault rectification to minimize machine downtime.
- Effective labor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding and maintaining hydraulic and mechanical presses.
- Troubleshooting complex hydraulic and mechanical systems.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Installing and commissioning heavy equipment using cranes and material handling tools.
- Programming PLC systems and optimizing power & motor controls, including variable frequency drives.
Preferred Industry Background:
Candidates should come from manufacturing industries related to automobile or heavy machining, with a focus on mechanical & hydraulic presses.
