Walk-in Drive: Civil Execution (Third-Party Payroll) — Noida

Role: Civil Execution Engineer / Executive
Experience: Minimum 2+ years
Education: Civil Engineering background (Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil preferred)
Work Type: Full-time, on third-party payroll
Location/Project Type: High-rise residential building projects, Noida
About the Opportunity
Godrej Properties’ residential projects in Sector 150, Noida are seeking civil execution professionals on third-party payroll. The role involves end-to-end site execution for high-rise towers with a focus on quality, timelines, and cost optimization while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day civil works at site as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor contractors/sub-contractors for progress, resource planning, and productivity.

Ensure cost optimization through efficient material usage and method statements.

Liaise with PMC, consultants, and statutory authorities for inspections, clearances, and compliance.

Track and report daily progress, hindrances, and material/QA-QC documentation.

Enforce site safety, environmental, and sustainability norms.

Support billing measurements, BOQs, RA bills, and reconciliation as needed.
Candidate Profile
-
2+ years of hands-on experience in civil execution at building construction sites.

Strong exposure to high-rise residential projects.

Working knowledge of codes, drawings, bar bending schedules, shuttering/structural works, finishing activities, and QA-QC checks.

Ability to coordinate with PMC/consultants and handle statutory processes.

Familiarity with environmental & sustainability practices on site.

Good communication, documentation, and MS Office skills.
