Role Overview
Genstru Consultant Pvt Ltd is looking for professionals who can contribute to engineering design, technical support, drawing preparation, survey data interpretation, and geotechnical analysis. Candidates with strong technical fundamentals and practical project experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform geotechnical analyses such as slope stability, settlement checks, foundation design, retaining structure design, and rockfall mitigation work design
- Develop and review designs as per relevant engineering codes using geotechnical software
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with internal teams and support quality assurance reviews
- Prepare drawings using AutoCAD / Civil 3D
- Coordinate with engineers for design drawings
- Create 3D models from drone survey data
- Prepare contour drawings from survey data
- Perform quantity calculations using 3D drawings
- Prepare material lists and cost estimates
- Ensure drawing accuracy and maintain templates
Qualifications
For the Geotechnical Design Engineer role:
- M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering
For the Drafting & Technical Support role:
- BE Civil / Diploma Civil / ITI Drafting Civil
Experience Required
- Geotechnical Design Engineer: 3+ years
- Drafting & Technical Support: 1–3 years
Skills Preferred
- Geotechnical analysis and design
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- RCC and steel structure drawing exposure
- Survey data interpretation
- BOQ preparation and estimation
- Technical reporting and coordination
