Egis Group, a renowned multinational engineering and infrastructure services firm, is inviting applications from experienced professionals for the prestigious KRIDE (Rail Infrastructure Development Company (Karnataka) Limited) project.
Position: Chief Structure Expert
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Qualification: M.Tech in Structural Engineering
Experience Required: Minimum 20 years of experience in Rail or Metro infrastructure projects, focusing on design, execution, and structural engineering aspects.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead structural engineering activities for the KRIDE project.

Review and approve structural design drawings and reports.
-
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and design standards as per Indian Railways and Metro project specifications.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the design and site engineering teams.

Manage structural risk assessments and quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Profile:

Strong knowledge of bridge, viaduct, and metro structural design principles.

Hands-on experience in STAAD.Pro, MIDAS Civil, and other structural design tools.
-
Proven track record of managing large-scale rail/metro infrastructure projects.
-
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
