Centres/Units of Indian Space Research Organization/Department of Space are engaged in Research and Development activities in development of Space Application, Space Science and Technology for the benefit of society at large and for serving the nation by achieving selfreliance and developing capacity to design and build Launch Vehicles and Communication/Remote Sensing Satellites and thereafter launch them.
Online applications are invited from meritorious graduates for the following vacancies of Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ in Level 10 of Pay Matrix at constituent ISRO Centres (Group ‘A’ Gazetted posts) and in an Autonomous Body under DOS (Group ‘A’ Non-Gazetted posts), as detailed below:

Qualification
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65%
marks (Average of all semesters) or CGPA 6.84 on a 10 point scale. - BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (Average of all semesters) or CGPA 6.84 on a 10 point scale.
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (Average of all semesters) or CGPA
Application Fee
There is a non-refundable Application Fee of ₹250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) for all the posts. However, initially all candidates have to uniformly pay ₹750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) per application as processing fee. The processing fee will be refunded only to those candidates who appear in the written test as under:
- ₹750/- i.e refund in full for candidates who are exempted from payment of Application Fee (women, SC/ST/ PwBD, Ex-Servicemen).
- ₹500/- i.e after deducting the Application Fee in respect of all other candidates.
How to Apply
- Candidates may apply for multiple posts, subject to conditions. However, candidates applying for multiple posts should select common (same) written test Centres. Candidates have to make application fee payment separately for applications for all the posts.
- The application for on-line registration will be hosted in the ISRO website between 27.05.2025 and 16.06.2025. Applications will be received on-line only. Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. E-mail ID of the applicant is to be given in the application compulsorily. The last date for submitting on-line application is 16.06.2025.
- The Candidates registered under National Career Services (NCS) portal and fulfilling the eligibility conditions may visit ISRO website and follow the application procedure as stated.
