Job Title: Architect Engineer (Project Manager) B.Arch.

Sita Construction is a leading construction company seeking an experienced Construction Architect as a Project Manager to join our team (Junior Architect, 3D Designer, & Civil Engineer). We specialize in designing, furnishing, and renovating government buildings and offices with innovative, functional, and sustainable spaces according to the layout of the allotted area.

JOB SUMMARY

We urgently need a highly skilled and experienced Construction Architect with 5+ years of experience to lead the architectural aspects of our construction and interior design projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction architecture, excellence in interior design understanding and technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & Documentation: Candidates should be capable of developing and maintaining architectural designs and drawings and having specifications for building construction and interior design projects.

Construction & Interior Furnishing Administration: Candidates should have a strong willingness to visit our project sites and monitor the entire construction or interior furnishing progress in routine to ensure compliance with design intent and building codes.

Experience in Government Project Management Systems: The Candidate should have decent experience in managing multiple government projects, like scheduling to allocate resources and a better understanding of budgeting systems.

Proficient in Communication: The candidate should have a professional understanding of government officials to communicate according to the requirements of projects and be ready to provide design solutions and ensure their satisfaction to complete the project.

Team & Management Relationship: The candidate should be ready to work meticulously with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, junior architects and interior designers.

Never compromise on work quality: The Company expects the selected Project Manager to maintain the quality standard of the company and design principles and is always open to discussing with management.

Knowledge of Code Compliance: The Project Manager should have detailed knowledge to verify that all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
