Tender search and bid preparation

Preparation and compilation of tender documentation

Ensuring all tender documents are prepared in the prescribed formats

Timely submission of bids as per NIT guidelines

Daily reporting of bidding status (online/offline)

Preparation of datasheets and maintaining tender records

Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
