Five years of experience in Executive Cadre in Planning / Construction/Design/ Mainlenan.preferably ofod and Maine Structure in an industrial / Commercial / Govt undertaking.

You are requested to circulate the vacancy among the eligible officials of your Port as per the Recruitment Rules (RRs) and forward the applications of candidates who satisfy the prescribed requirements in the prescribed proforma (Annexure–II).
The applications should be duly superscribed on the envelope as:
“Application for the post of Executive Engineer (Civil)”
and forwarded to the following address along with all relevant documents:

a) Certified copies of ACRs / APARs of the applicant for the last five years (2020–21 to 2024–25), duly attested on each page by an officer not below the rank of Deputy Head of Department.
• If the ACR / APAR for any particular year or period is not available, a “No Report / Non-Availability Certificate” may be furnished along with the APARs of the preceding years.
b) Attested copies of all certificates in support of educational qualifications and present and past work experience in the respective post and pay scale, duly verified by the concerned Administrative Port, shall be sent along with the application to the Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA).
c) Undertaking from the applicant to the effect that the candidature will not be withdrawn if selected.
• An officer withdrawing his/her candidature after selection shall be liable for debarment from future selection to any post in this Port Authority for a period of two (2) years.
d) No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the competent authority of the respective Port, in the prescribed format (Annexure–III).
e) Vigilance / Administrative Clearance Certificate of the officer in the prescribed proforma (Annexure–IV).
f) Certificate regarding verification of University certificates and recognition of degrees obtained by the applicant, duly ensured and certified in the prescribed format (Annexure–V).

The last date of submission of the application is 19.01.2026. Port Authorities are requested to forward the applications with complete details, so as to reach the undersigned on or before 19.01 .2026.
