NCC Limited is hiring an experienced Joint General Manager / Deputy General Manager (Civil Execution) to lead large-scale hospital and institutional construction projects in Assam.

They are seeking a senior construction professional with a strong track record of independently managing end-to-end project execution—from planning to handover—while ensuring cost, time, quality, and safety targets are consistently achieved.

B.Tech (Civil Engineering) or DCE

Experience Requirement

• Overall experience: 20–30 years

• Mandatory: Minimum 10 years as In-charge executing hospital projects

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for execution and timely completion of the project

• Preparing and driving detailed project plans, schedules, and execution strategies

• Budgeting, cost monitoring, expense control, and ensuring adherence to financial constraints

• Ensuring quality standards and specifications are met throughout execution

• Enforcing site safety rules and statutory compliance norms

• Coordinating with clients, updating progress regularly, and resolving execution issues

• Leading and managing large project teams to meet project objectives

• Managing resources including materials, manpower, machinery, and subcontractors
