TÜV SÜD is inviting applications from highly experienced civil engineering professionals for Government Rural Water Supply Projects under O&M (Operations & Maintenance) in Uttar Pradesh. These roles are critical for inspection, monitoring, and performance oversight of large-scale water supply schemes.

Team Leader / Cluster Coordinator

No. of Positions: 3

Qualification & Experience

• BE / B.Tech (Civil Engineering) with 17 years of experience
  OR

• ME / M.Tech (Civil / Environmental Engineering) with 15 years of experience

• Mandatory experience in PMC / TPI / Supervision / O&M Consultancy of Water Supply Scheme Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring and inspection of O&M activities

• Supervise field teams and coordinate with:

  • Government officials

  • O&M vendors and contractors

• Ensure compliance with JJM / CPHEEO guidelines

• Overall cluster-level coordination and reporting

Deputy Team Leader / District Coordinator

No. of Positions: 12

Qualification & Experience

• BE / B.Tech (Civil Engineering) with 15 years of experience

• Experience in PMC / TPI / Supervision / O&M Consultancy of water supply projects is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of:

  • Pump houses

  • Water Treatment Plants (WTPs)

  • Pipelines and distribution networks

• Verify O&M vendor performance and service delivery

• Support MIS and SCADA-based monitoring & reporting

• Assist Team Leader in district-level execution and compliance
