L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions, a brand of Larsen & Toubro Limited, has announced a hiring drive for talented Mechanical and Civil engineering professionals with experience in Power Plant Design. The recruitment process is scheduled through a walk-in interview in Faridabad on Saturday, 13 September 2025.

Open Positions and Job Responsibilities
- Auxiliary Engineer
Design and develop boiler auxiliaries such as fans, soot blowers, ESP, SCAPH, and hoists for supercritical boiler projects. - Fuel Firing Engineer
Handle P&IDs, combustion equipment, and component selection. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Edge, and SPR/SP3D is essential. - Layout Engineer
Interpret tender specifications, prepare layouts, and ensure clash-free plant models with interdisciplinary coordination. - Piping Engineer
Work on piping design using OpenPlant, AutoPIPE, and AutoCAD. Expertise in layouts, stress analysis, and isometric drawings required. - Structural Design Engineer
Perform structural design and analysis for power plant structures. Proficiency in STAAD.Pro and compliance with IS, AS, and EN codes mandatory. - Tekla Modeler cum Coordinator
Develop 3D models of steel structures with Tekla software and manage project integration. - Generator Auxiliary Systems Design Engineer
Prepare vendor specifications, P&IDs, system descriptions, and BOMs for generator auxiliary systems. - Engineer – Turbine Design (Stationary Components)
Design and analyze steam turbine stationary components, conduct structural analysis, and develop detailed drawings with GD&T compliance.
Eligibility
- Experience: 3 to 14 years
- Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical or Civil (only for structural roles)
