Position: Manager / Deputy Manager – Civil
Location: Sector 53 and Sector 70, Gurugram

Tulip Infratech, a leading real estate company based in Gurugram, is inviting applications from experienced civil engineering professionals for the role of Manager / Deputy Manager – Civil. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-rise residential and commercial projects that incorporate advanced construction technologies like Mivan shuttering.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Manager / Deputy Manager – Civil

• Number of Openings: 4

• Location: Sector 53 and Sector 70, Gurugram

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution

• Experience Required: 10 to 12 years

• Salary Range: ₹9–12 LPA (based on experience and skills)

• Mode of Interview: Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day execution and construction site activities

• Ensure timely delivery with adherence to quality and safety standards

• Supervise civil works including structural, finishing, and Mivan shuttering

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for project progress

• Review and validate project drawings, BOQs, and materials

• Monitor site progress and generate daily/weekly reports

• Implement strict quality control and resolve on-site challenges

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven experience in high-rise residential and commercial construction

• Expertise in Mivan shuttering technology is mandatory

• Must have prior experience with in-house construction or contracting firms

• Should be a resident of Delhi NCR

• Immediate joiners preferred
