Key Responsibilities
-
Lead and mentor technical teams in bridge engineering design and delivery.
-
Provide specialized input on US/ME bridge design projects.
-
Prepare and review high-quality structural analysis and design using tools like MIDAS, LUSAS, and SOFiSTiK.
-
Develop cost estimates, technical reports, PS&E packages, and specifications.
-
Ensure quality control and interdisciplinary coordination on complex deliverables.
-
Manage schedules, budgets, and resource planning for bridge design assignments.
-
Oversee assessment and rehabilitation of rail and road bridges.
Required Qualifications & Skills
-
Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
-
9–12 years of experience in bridge design and project delivery.
-
Strong knowledge of AASHTO, AREMA, Eurocodes, and British Standards.
-
Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.

Demonstrated experience in leading rail and road bridge projects from concept through detailed design.

Excellent project management, client coordination, and technical leadership skills.
